Architect-designed and modern holiday home with fully equipped annex and a lovely location close to the sandy beach in Skummeslöv. The houses have a combined total of 95 m² (80/15) and were completed in spring 2025. Perfect for families where teenagers can have their own holiday home but still be close to the rest of the family.
Both houses are equipped with kitchen, toilet, shower and dishwasher. In the largest house there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. All modern facilities are available here. Around the house there is a large terrace.
The large house of 80 m² has 2 bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm. The other room has a family bunk bed with a lower bunk of 120 cm and an upper bunk of 90 cm. The small house has one room with a double bed over a 90 cm wide bunk.
The hot tub is on the terrace, and the water maintains a temperature of 39 degrees. Use of the hot tub is free, but the owner's instructions regarding use and maintenance must be followed. Deposit: 3.000 SEK.
The house is located in a child-friendly area. The beach is approximately 600 meters away (approximately 1.000 meters by car). It is only around 6 km to the charming town of Båstad and approximately 20 km to the slightly larger, but equally charming town of Halmstad. The area offers many golf courses.
Note: At least one person in the group must be 30 years old or older. The house is not suitable for party groups, as it is located in an area with several neighbours.
