2. Booking and contractual relationship

When you book a holiday home via Ferieboligsiden, the rental agreement is concluded directly between you and the relevant rental agency (VillaVilla, Campaya or SJ Feriehusudlejning). We pass you on to the rental agency, but it is the rental agency's own rental terms and terms and conditions that apply to the booking itself, the payment, cancellation, insurance and the conduct of the stay.

3. Prices

5. Disclaimer of liability

As Ferieboligsiden is solely an intermediary service, we are not responsible for:

the condition, facilities or availability of the holiday homes
the rental agency's performance of the rental agreement
payment, cancellation, changes or complaints relating to your booking
any errors in the information we receive from the rental agencies

Questions, changes or complaints relating to a confirmed booking must be addressed directly to the rental agency.

6. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy.

7. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

Complaints about a rental stay may be brought before the Danish Holiday Home Rental Complaints Board via feriehusklage.dk.
