Cozy townhouse in charming Årsdale – 50 meters from beach, harbor and local life

In the heart of the idyllic and historic fishing village Årsdale lies this atmospheric half-timbered house, quietly situated at the end of a dead-end road and surrounded by other beautiful, authentic houses. Here you get both a private garden and a short distance to the area's greatest gem: the beautiful combination of sandy and rocky beach, just 50 meters from the door.

The house offers plenty of atmosphere and a floor plan that invites relaxation. On the first floor you will find two bright bedrooms and a spacious storage room – both with a beautiful view of the sea to the east, setting the scene for peace and presence. On the ground floor there is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a cozy terrace. There is plenty of space here for shared cooking and meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large living and dining room with plenty of natural light, where part of the room is furnished as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is also a bathroom and a small entrance.

There is free, stable and fast internet in the house. Note that TV is via your own streaming services via Chromecast.

From the house's spacious kitchen you step directly out onto a large and lovely south-facing wooden terrace. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden. There is parking available for one car at the house.

Årsdale is more than just a holiday town – it is a living community with heart and soul. Here you will find both a traditional smokery and Mikkeller brewery and the town's local grocery store, Høkeren, which is run by volunteer citizens and exudes authentic Bornholm hospitality.

Note that rental does not take place for youth groups and pets are not allowed to be brought.
