Gyden 16, Ærøskøbing

Here you can try living in one of the small original houses with traditional charm and furnished with modern facilities and comfort. The house has tiled floors and wooden floors, so remember indoor shoes.
The house is a listed building from 1788. The house is on two floors with 65 sqm downstairs and 35 sqm on the first floor. It contains two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double room and a small single room, as well as a small cosy living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower cubicle.
The upper floor has a large and spacious room with two beds and the possibility of an extra bed.
The house has a south-facing, enclosed courtyard garden, as well as a fenced garden with lawn and terrace with tables and benches. Gyden 16 is an old listed house, which has been carefully restored with low beams in the ceiling.

The house is located in an alley that connects the main street with the town square and a couple of hundred metres from the harbour and close to the Marina and bathing beach. It is within walking distance to the ferry, and there is parking available at the harbour. On Ærø there are free buses, and you can easily get from Gyden 16 and around the rest of the island. In the house there are two bicycles which can be used. Nearby several bicycles can be rented.
