It is like stepping back a little in time to the beautiful summers of childhood, but everything is in order and functioning well. Cosy living room with a lovely dining area with windows overlooking the water. There is a smart TV where you can use streaming services via your own subscriptions. Here you can really enjoy your morning coffee and the view. There is also a lovely cosy corner where the family can play games together or perhaps on their mobile. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room and also has windows overlooking the water. The house has two bedrooms with double beds. One is completely separate with entrance from the terrace (bed: 180x200 cm), and the other is in the house with access to respectively toilet/bathroom and kitchen, but arranged as an alcove. Bathroom with toilet and shower as well as washing machine. Outside there is a cosy covered terrace and an open terrace – set back a little from the beach, so there is shelter. There are several cosy corners on different sides of the house. The house is located on Norddjurs – well positioned for excursions in many directions. There is approximately 20 km to Randers and Randers Rainforest and approximately 40 km to Grenå and Kattegatcenteret - a large Danish aquarium with more than 200 species of sea animals - including sharks, penguins, seals and a sea of fish. It is just under 15 km from the house to Djurs Sommerland, which perhaps especially children would like to visit. To Aarhus it is approximately 1 hour's drive. Aarhus offers among other things Den gamle By, the art museum Aros, plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops in the cosy pedestrian street area.
