Outdoors awaits a large terrace – partially covered – with grill and space for relaxation. The grounds are 990 m², and there is parking below the house.

Only 500 metres to the sea and 1.5 km to sandy beach make the house perfect for a beach holiday. The area invites walks along coastal paths, cycling and fishing.

Whether you are looking for relaxation or an active holiday, there are opportunities in the area. Als offers beautiful walking routes such as Gendarmstien and Alsstien, and for families with children, Nordborg Resort and the experience universe Universe are nearby.

If you are into culture and gastronomy, Sønderborg is an obvious excursion destination with Sønderborg Castle, Skansen, Alsik Spa & Restaurant, the waterfront and shopping in the city centre with Borgen. Historic gems such as Augustenborg Castle and Gråsten Castle are also within short distance. Als is the perfect base for excursions – ferries sail to both Fyn and Ærø just a few kilometres from the house.
