Holiday home with lots of history, and we have renovated the old house and made it into our own little gem.
Lovely bedroom and fantastic garden, where you can enjoy yourself under a half-roof or in the evening sun.
The house is just a few minutes' walk from restaurants in Asserbo and the nature area Melby Overdrev and Asserbo Plantation.
The beach is also close by and you can walk to Liseleje in 20 minutes and buy ice cream and swim.
Many wonderful experiences await here, with shopping, nature and delicious food.

The Property
The house is equipped with a bright and spacious kitchen-living room, and there is also a TV room here.
There are two bedrooms with double beds. One bed is 140cm wide and the other is 180 wide. There is a large wardrobe in one of the bedrooms for all suitcases and clothes.
The house has a spacious bathroom, of older date.
The house has several lovely terraces, from which you can enjoy the sun at different times of the day. Both early morning and late evening.

Guest Access
There is access to the main house. The shed and other buildings have unfortunately not been put to use yet.

You can park in front of the property, or drive the car onto the property itself.

Other Things Worth Noting
This house is our lovely gem, and we hope you will take good care of the place and the fine things, which have a history and receive a lot of love from us.

The area offers many wonderful hours and experiences. You can walk to Melby Overdrev in a moment, the beach in Liseleje is only 1.5km from here and within walking distance of the house are both restaurants, pizzeria and shopping.
The nature is beautiful in this area and should be experienced. With a drive you can also experience the town of Frederiksværk and the cosy pedestrian street there, or take a longer drive to Hundested or Lynæs. We also recommend this.
Car charging takes place at Coop in Asserbo, you can shop while it charges or walk along small paths to the house and wait there. Very easy.
