The holiday home is located in a quiet area, where roe deer walk right outside the windows along with other wildlife.
It is close to Salling's best bathing beach, where you can enjoy yourself with, among other things, a restaurant and ice cream kiosk.
In the area there are plenty of trails, where you can walk both in the forest and close to the Limfjord and of course use the bathing jetty if you want to go in the water.
The holiday home is close to Jeppe Åkær's artist home and museum, which can be glimpsed as the nearest neighbour on one side. The holiday home is 165m2. It contains an entrance, a distribution hallway leading to 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with built-in fixtures and a large shower niche, a large kitchen-dining room-living room with all white goods including a dishwasher, induction cooktop with built-in extractor hood, 2 ovens, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, large built-in sink. Dining area for 8 people and tableware for the same number.
Just outside is the covered terrace, where you can look up at the stars through a large skylight window. Just outside the covered terrace there is a Morsø wood-fired pizza oven which you can use together with the charcoal-fired Weber grill.
The living room has a large sofa, 2 chairs and a large armchair by the built-in wood stove with glass, which you can see from both the kitchen and living room.
Activity room with various games and new billiards/table tennis and darts.
Here you will find the last 2 bedrooms with double beds and a loft, which can be used for relaxation,
From the activity room you can go into bathroom number 2 also with built-in fixtures, large shower niche. Furthermore there is a washing machine and tumble dryer here.
From the bathroom's terrace door there is access to the large 300m2 wooden terrace, where there is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.
A hot tub for 8 people is sunken into the terrace. Heated without the use of wood, from 8 degrees to 40 degrees in approximately 1.5 hours.
There is an outdoor sauna with glass, so there is a view out over the Limfjord for 8 people, the sauna is electronically heated.
The large wooden terrace offers many corners where you can find shelter.
