The internally newly renovated summer house of 86 m² is located right at the water's edge, quite literally. Here it feels as though the sea is an extra guest in the family – always present in the light, the wind and the view from the large living room, where kitchen and lounge flow together in an inviting setting. The three bedrooms with seven sleeping places provide space for both families and holiday groups of good friends. The bathroom is fresh and functional, ready for sandy feet and spontaneous dips. The master bedroom offers a large double bed 180*200 and plenty of cupboard space. The elongated bedroom has a 140*200 bed and a sofa bed that can be unfolded to 130×190. Likewise a cupboard so the suitcase can be emptied. The small room adjoining the living room has a large double bed 180*200. The beach is so close that you almost take several swims a day just because you can. The fine sand and shallow water make the area a children's paradise, while adults enjoy the luxury feeling of being able to go home in seconds. The immediate area has a special character. The kiosk/restaurant is just around the corner, and behind the house there is a meadow that becomes forest. The little path leads you up to Skamlingsbanken and invites you to peaceful walks, views and small excursions to museum and restaurant. The landscape is quiet, beautiful and nature is very close by. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly, with year-round residents and a pleasant balance between peace and life. Here you quickly fall into the relaxed rhythm that makes holidays here something very special. All in all a holiday home where the freedom of the beach and the house's modern functionality meet – and where you can almost not help but breathe a little deeper. So welcome to our summer house where everything inside is just as it should be. On the outside the house is an unpolished diamond. We look forward to continuously renovating and restoring the house, garden, terrace environment and ensuring that the outside matches the inside. We took over the summer house here in December 2025 and we will certainly put our backs into it so that a lot will happen.
