This modern luxury summer house of 114 m² combines comfort and functionality in peaceful surroundings. The house is heated with underfloor heating via ground source heat pump and is supplemented by a 28 m² annex, which together provide plenty of space for the whole family and guests.

The summer house contains 3 bedrooms, a large loft with hatch as well as 2 bedrooms in the annex, which has its own bathroom and toilet. There are many sleeping places in total and the possibility of both togetherness and privacy.

The stay flows naturally between indoors and outdoors. The large 113 m² terrace offers an outdoor shower and a small covered area, where it is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee – even when the summer rain falls gently.

The garden is sheltered from wind and lies in a peaceful environment. Here you can often experience roe deer or hares in the early morning hours, while the children play on the sunken trampoline and enjoy outdoor life.

The area around the summer house is ideal for a holiday in nature. There is only 250 m to the water and 1,000 m to the beach with bathing jetty, playground, ice cream shop, grill, restaurant and a small, cosy harbour environment.

Just 250 m from the house lies a lake, where children and young at heart can get very close to nature and with great pleasure catch frogs. An experience that often becomes a holiday memory.

There is 750 m to Kristiansholms Plantage, which contains camping area, bonfire site and shelters. If extra privacy is desired, there is also a cosy bonfire area down towards Karrebæksminde Fjord.

Daglig Brugsen is reached at 1.3 km via field road with views over open fields. Furthermore, there is 1,000 m to a multi-facility with football, basketball and skate ramp as well as access to tennis court. Here the framework is set for a holiday with both peace, nature and active experiences.
