The summer house is located just south of Blokhus town - in a very attractive area with large natural grounds. A short walk over the dunes brings you to the beach. Blokhus town is both very close by, but also far enough away. The property borders Blokhus Plantation with good opportunities for walking and running trails.
The summer house is a well-maintained retro 1970s house, which has always been owned by the family. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and there are new white goods and a new heat pump and wood-burning stove. Two rooms have been combined into one large bedroom and in addition there are two nice rooms. There are double beds in two of the rooms and two wide single beds in the third room. The furniture in the house is light and simple.
The covered wooden terrace faces in exactly the right direction in relation to the most common wind directions. The grass has been mowed around the house and in an area with a swing set, so there are good opportunities for play and ball games. Most of it is natural ground, which is often visited by deer, pheasants and hares.
