Welcome inside Modern holiday home that is well furnished with lovely furniture and plenty of natural light from the many doors and windows facing the terraces and garden views. The heart of the house is the open, functional and well-equipped kitchen with combined dining area. The living room is furnished with a sofa group and opportunity for TV and fireplace coziness. The house has three good bedrooms - a master bedroom with an elevation bed and views of the sunrise over the Baltic Sea, the second with a regular double bed and sea view, and the third with a double sofa bed (can optionally be used as an extra living room). All three rooms have their own access to the lovely terrace. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower niche and wash column, should that become necessary. Really good holiday in this fantastic holiday home. Enjoy life outdoors The house is located on top of Bølsbakke with fantastic and direct views of the Baltic Sea. The large terrace is furnished with garden table and chairs as well as lovely lounge furniture, so the whole day can be enjoyed from here. Light up the gas grill and prepare today's delicacies while enjoying a lovely refreshment with the view. The terrace runs all the way around the house and on the back side there is an outdoor shower. The undulating grounds offer many opportunities to find good places to sit and enjoy the weather. You can park on the slope by the house or just below. Get close to local experiences The house is located on Bølsbakke, just above the old fishing village of Bølshavn. A cozy little town where there is also the opportunity to swim from the cliffs. There are bus connections to both Allinge and Gudhjem. Restaurant Louisekroen, which is located close to the house, offers a fantastic meat experience. Svaneke to the south buzzes with life with dining places and shops – here you can mention, among other things, Svaneke Chokolade, Bryghuset with exciting locally brewed beer and several good restaurants.
