Welcome to a spacious holiday home in peaceful surroundings near Ebeltoft, located at the end of a private road and only about 300 metres from the sea. Here you have a peaceful base close to the beach and at the same time a short distance to Ebeltoft's charming town life with cobbled streets, shops, cafés and restaurants. The area is ideal for both relaxing days by the water and excursions on Djursland.

The holiday home is 106 m² and was built in 1994. It has been continuously modernised and most recently partially renovated in 2021, when carpets, wardrobes and beds were among other things updated. Already in 2009 the kitchen, bathroom and utility room were modernised.

The house sleeps up to 10 people plus one child up to 3 years old. There are three bedrooms with a total of six beds in double beds, while an additional four beds are found in a double sofa bed and an alcove. For the smallest there is both a cot and a high chair.

The well-equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition there is a bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating as well as an extra guest toilet. After an active day you can relax in the sauna or the indoor spa for two people.

Outside awaits a large natural plot of 1.217 m² with terrace, covered terrace, swing and sandpit. Here there are good opportunities to enjoy outdoor life, grill on the Weber ball grill or let the children play. There is also a carport and parking at the house.

The holiday home is equipped with a heat pump, washing machine, tumble dryer and wood-burning stove. Two pets are welcome. Golf enthusiasts have about 5 km to the nearest golf course, while shopping facilities are found about 3.5 km from the house.

With the short distance to the beach, proximity to Ebeltoft and Djursland's many experiences, the holiday home is a good base for a holiday with both family and friends.
