Lovely and delightful summer house in Marielyst, located a short distance from the town centre and the beach. The house has a large enclosed garden and a spacious terrace, part of which is covered, so you can sit outside regardless of the weather.

The summer house comprises three bedrooms, two with comfortable box-spring beds and one with a smaller double bed. The living room is cosily furnished with a large flat-screen TV with various Danish and German programmes, as well as Chromecast for streaming your own services. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, which has seating for 6 people. From the living room/kitchen there is direct access to the terrace, where there are sun loungers, dining tables, lounge furniture and a large gas grill.

The kitchen is open and integrated with the dining area, which has space for six people. The bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a hot tub as well as a washing/tumble dryer for extra comfort during your stay.

Marielyst offers long, child-friendly sandy beaches, where both relaxation and water activities can be enjoyed. The area is also known for good cycling and hiking routes in beautiful natural surroundings, perfect for the whole family.

The house is 1000 metres from the water, and in the garden you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers, grill on the gas grill or relax in the lounge area. A heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

Parking for several cars is available in the driveway, where there is also an electric car charger. Internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected even when you are on holiday.

Please note that the summer house is not rented to youth groups and is not wheelchair accessible.
