The house was built in 2022 and is divided into 2 separate buildings separated by an atrium courtyard, so you can close off one part if needed. At one end of the 100m2 atrium courtyard, there is a lovely covered structure of approximately 20m2, where shade and shelter can be enjoyed. The atrium courtyard can be completely closed off.

The property comprises a total of 118m2 distributed over the 75m2 main house and the adjoining building of 43m2.

The main house contains a large and beautiful kitchen-living room with kitchen area, living room and dining area, where there is room for the whole family or friends. Here you will find a large sofa group, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove, where cosiness can be enjoyed in the evening hours. In addition, there is a lovely dining table ready for holiday meals and a bright and functional kitchen. The kitchen-living room has skylights, which provide fantastic natural light with the good ceiling height.

Furthermore, one of the two bathrooms is also located in the main house. This bathroom has a separate shower with a beautiful tile choice, underfloor heating and a skylight with automatic open/close function. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with 4 beds.

The second building has 4 bedrooms, each with their own entrance. They all contain 2 beds and storage space. In this part there is also a bathroom with the same features as the one in the main house.
There is an internal door between 2 of the 4 rooms and to the bathroom, so that this can accommodate a family. However, the doors can be locked so they also function as individual rooms.

In total there are 6 bedrooms with respectively 4 double beds, 4 single beds. In total space for 12 people.

From the house there is only a short walk to the water, which is located 900 m from the house, while there is only 700 m to shops.

There is access to a nice petanque and volleyball/badminton court.

Marielyst, which for more than 100 years has been the preferred seaside resort on the Danish east coast, has a Mediterranean atmosphere with outdoor seating at cafés and restaurants.
In high season the square is filled with local craftspeople with paintings, ceramics and willow weaving, creating an enchanting summer atmosphere.

Marielyst offers a wide range of shops with clothes, wine and specialities as well as a wealth of activities such as golf, bowling, mini golf, segway, go-kart and paintball.

The summer house is also not far from Nykøbing Falster, which is an atmospheric town with a beautiful location down to Guldborgsund. The town has a dense network of pedestrian streets with many shops and cafés. Here you will also find the Medieval Centre, Guldborgsund Zoo and several museums.

The property is not rented to large parties and celebrations (can be inquired with the owner).
Pets must not be on the furniture or beds and dog waste MUST be picked up.
