The house is 255 m2, which means there is plenty of space when friends or family gather. Spacious living room with beautiful, new leather furniture, bean bags, dining area, large flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, Bluetooth access to TV and speakers, cosy wood-burning stove, tiled floor and large window sections with fjord views. Well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and tiled floor. From the living room there is access to the pool area with a large pool, hot tub and access to a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink as well as access to a lovely sauna for the cold days. In addition there are 2 more toilets, one of which has toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. All toilets and the entire pool area have tiled floors with underfloor heating. The house is furnished with a large activity room with small bar, American fridge, billiards, and extra TV, which really provides the opportunity for many cosy hours. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging point at the house. 1 pet allowed. Non-smoking house. The house is not rented to youth groups. The grounds border right down to the fjord. This pool house is idyllically situated in quiet and unique surroundings, and within a few kilometres there are 3 Put and Take fishing lakes.
