The house is located in a small cosy bay by the lake Frisjön. There is a clear view over the lake and terrace and lovely outdoor areas! Guest house and access to beach and boat.
The holiday home has an open floor plan and from e.g. the living room and dining area there is a view over the lake. Well-equipped kitchen with e.g. dishwasher. Entrance with access to toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine.
The holiday home has two bedrooms; one with a double bed that is 180x200 cm, and the other with a bunk bed (for two people) that is 80 wide and 200 cm long. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is 140x200 cm, for 1 or 2 people.
The water in the holiday home comes from a private well, and the taste may not be quite like the industrial water you are used to, but the water is perfectly fine. If necessary, it can be arranged that there is municipal drinking water for you in some containers in the house when you arrive. Then you can subsequently refill the containers at a designated place.
There is a boat and oars available at the house (unless there is ice on the lake). If you wish to rent a boat motor (the lake is large), this can be arranged for a fee of SEK 800 for 1 week. The amount includes 1 tank of fuel. Instructions on which type of fuel you should buy for refilling are available on site, or you will be informed on site.
There is a charcoal and gas grill in the cabin. If you bring your own gas bottle, it costs nothing. If the owner is to provide gas, there is a surcharge of SEK 300. Rental of boat motor and gas bottle are paid on site directly to the owner.
