Little charming holiday home with large natural grounds, close to a child-friendly beach (450-500 m). Here you feel private, as the entire grounds are surrounded by tall trees and wild-growing bushes.
The house underwent a major renovation in 2024, including a completely new bathroom with underfloor heating, large shower cabin and rain shower.
There is a wood-burning stove in the house for the cold days, which is super cosy to sit by while enjoying nature.

The house contains 3 rooms, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 guest room with 3/4 bed and 1 children's room with bunk bed, where the lower bunk can easily accommodate an adult if, for example, you need to put a teenager in each room.
The holiday home has a small cosy living room, where plenty of light comes in from the many windows and terrace doors, where you can sit and enjoy nature, as well as squirrels, deer and other wildlife that often visit the garden.
The house is equipped with the original kitchen from 1974, which has been lifted with a modern touch, which makes it fit into the cosy surroundings that the house bears a great mark of.
The holiday home is approximately 66 m2 with an attached enclosed terrace room of approximately 20 m2, this terrace room can easily be used as a regular living space for most of the year, it may be difficult to heat up at low minus degrees, the terrace room also contains a table football and electric dartboard.
There is internet and television channels available, the living room and children's room are equipped with smart TV. Instead of watching television, you can also spend some cosy time with cards or board games as well as children's books which are also available in the house.

The house has 3 terrace doors which open onto 2 large terraces and 1 small one where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun with your coffee.
The terraces contain dining tables and chairs, chaise longue/sofa group, outdoor shower which is lovely after a trip to the beach, wilderness bath which is wood-fired with jet jets and cosily coloured lighting, grill and parasol. There are, as mentioned, 3 open terraces facing east, south and west, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
We would like to point out that the outdoor shower can only be used during the summer period, as it is not frost-protected in winter.

Outside you can also have a jump on the large trampoline, play football or similar on the 250 m2 large lawn which is maintained by robot lawn mower, or roast marshmallows and sausages in the external fireplace. There are some entertainments such as croquet, footballs, badminton rackets etc.

There is approximately 600 metres walk through the cosy paths in the large holiday home area or also on the roads by car, to a large communal playground with slide, climbing tower, swings, trampolines and football, at the playground there is a seasonal shop with ice cream parlour in summer.
From here it is just a few steps to the child and handicap-friendly beach with bathing bridge.
