Welcome to this beautiful, partially renovated summer house of 80 m², where authentic summer house atmosphere meets modern comfort. The house offers 3 cozy bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room and a living room with fantastic panoramic views over the beautiful garden.
In the middle of the house you will find a brand new wood-burning stove from 2025, which can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and the living room – perfect for cool evenings. On warm summer days (or very cold winter mornings), the new heat pump ensures comfortable temperature throughout the house.
From the living room there is direct access to a large and inviting terrace, where there is plenty of opportunity for many cozy hours. Here you will find both a grill, sun loungers and a covered area where you can seek shelter if the weather turns.
The plot is almost 1000 m² and offers plenty of space for play, games and relaxation – including a newly laid petanque court for cozy tournaments under the open sky.
The sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable:

1 pull-out bed/reading bed that can be unfolded to 180 cm

There is a brand new sauna with space for 5-6 people and a large outdoor bath where 6-8 people can enjoy a warm moment under the stars – with the sound of nature as the only background music.
All this just 250 meters from the water – so the beach trip is always just around the corner!

The area offers a wealth of opportunities for fun excursions and exciting activities. Visit for example Knuthenborg Safari Park, Lalandia or Maribo Søndersø. Furthermore, you can explore the beautiful natural surroundings on a bike ride along the coast and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

Also take a trip to charming Maribo, or hop on your bike and follow the dike all the way to Nakskov. Visit Dodekalitten or some of the many other attractions in the area. Take a walk in the local area – perhaps you will spot owls or cranes. When dusk falls, you may be lucky enough to see hares, pheasants and perhaps even a roe deer pass by.
