The house is 56 m² and contains two bedrooms with a total of six beds. The living room serves as the natural gathering point, where there is both a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air heat pump. The furnishings are cosy and the interior tastefully decorated.

The kitchen is functional and open towards the living area, making it easy to be together while cooking. The house has a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, Internet and music player. All rooms have direct access to the large terrace, which runs all the way around the house, where you can always find shelter, sun or shade. An ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and gather for shared meals under the open sky. There is also the option of moving the terrace furniture under the covered part, so you can stay indoors in all kinds of weather.

Adjacent to the terrace is a wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower, situated undisturbed and inviting peace, quiet and wellbeing – regardless of the season. There will typically be some firewood upon arrival to start the wilderness bath, and additional firewood can be purchased in the local area.

The grounds are large and open with plenty of space for play and ball games on the lawn. Children can move freely in the enclosed garden, while adults enjoy the view or some time to themselves. There is a small bonfire pit where you can bake marshmallows or gather for warmth in the evening.

The area around the house attracts nature lovers. Here you can walk along the coast on the dyke, follow paths in the open countryside and experience birdlife and sea breezes. The beaches in the area are child-friendly and suitable for both bathing and picnics. There is a bathing bridge at the beach closest to the house.

It is easy to combine relaxation with experiences and activities for both children and adults. Within a short distance of the house there are shopping opportunities as well as ice cream parlours, and on Lolland there awaits a wealth of small local experiences, including cultural and culinary ones. Lalandia is located 2 kilometres from the house. Copenhagen is approximately one and a half hours' drive from the house.
