A bright and tastefully renovated holiday home of 75 m², located undisturbed at the end of a small, closed road at Dejret Klit. Here you will find peace, privacy and the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday with nature, togetherness and quality time. The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom and an open living area with lounge and kitchen in one. The common room is the heart of the house, where you can eat, play and relax with access to the surrounding terrace. There is room for 2 additional overnight guests in a luxury Shelter in the garden, i.e. the 7th and 8th person sleep in the shelter. The Shelter is completely enclosed, with window and door. It is insulated, with electricity and lighting. There is a double bed so you sleep well. However, note that the ceiling height is as in a regular shelter. In return, you can look directly out onto the fire pit and garden and perhaps a little squirrel in the oak tree. Kitchen and bathroom feature light elements with fine details, combined with beautiful tiles. Outside awaits a green garden with trees, bushes, a trampoline for the children and lawn for play and relaxation. Enjoy long evenings on the wooden terrace, pamper yourselves in the wilderness bath, or evening trips to the water and watch the sun set over Aarhus. The area is ideal for a holiday close to water, Ebeltoft, Djurs Sommerland and beautiful nature in the cliffs. A small path quickly leads you to Dejret Beach, where stairs and a bathing bridge make it easy to get into the water. You are also close to a lovely sandy beach, perfect for swimming and walks along the shoreline. Take a trip to Skødshoved Marina with restaurant and cosy ice cream kiosk and experience the pleasant atmosphere by the water.
