The other room is a dining room with direct access to the newly built wooden terrace. On the terrace there are garden furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, charcoal grill and an outdoor kitchen, which together invite long cosy evenings.

The bathroom undergoes major renovation in winter 2024, so there will be underfloor heating and a washing column. As the bathroom is today, it is fully functional with toilet, sink and shower.

The holiday home is situated on a beautiful forest plot of 2500 m2. At the same time, you are only 300 metres from a fantastic bathing beach, which you often have more or less to yourself.

Bakkarøgeriet and Nexø Golf Course are only 1.5 kilometres away from the holiday home, shopping facilities can be found at Pedersker Brugs only 3 kilometres away.
