The house was built in early 2021 and is located within walking distance (approx. 1.4 km) from the beautiful Dueodde beach with its ice house and cosy restaurants. Very close to the house are the exciting Bornholmertårn and the Cold War Museum. It is not far to the local golf course. The house is very well insulated and therefore suitable for holidays at all times of the year. Dueodde is also a fantastic nature experience outside the normal holiday season. When you come home to the house, you can be assured of absolute peace and quiet in beautiful forest surroundings.
The house has a large, bright kitchen-living room, four beautiful bedrooms with double beds and two of the bedrooms with a loft, inviting bathrooms with shower alcove as well as a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with modern hard white goods. The heating in the house comes from a heat pump, electric radiators and underfloor heating in the bathrooms and utility room respectively. There is internet, flat-screen TV, DVD player, X-box gaming console, Apple TV and Google Chromecast.
Outside there is a covered veranda on both sides of the house and a south-facing terrace with both open and covered areas. There is direct access to both the veranda and terrace from the kitchen-living room as well as several of the bedrooms, the utility room and one of the bathrooms. On the north side the house has an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. This is only accessible in the summer half of the year.
There are good access conditions for cars via a shared road with the neighbouring house. The house is situated on a beautiful, undulating forest plot with surrounding pine trees. It should be noted that the house is located high up, so people with mobility difficulties may find it difficult to reach the house via a slight incline with steps and a low staircase leading up to the main entrance (no handrail).
There is the possibility of charging an electric car, as a 16A, 230V CEE socket has been installed on the corner of the house facing the parking area. Your own charging cable must be brought with you.
IMPORTANT: Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the house.
