Ægirvej 6, Ebeltoft

Charming, older cozy cottage close to the beach

In the first row to the Kattegat, this older, non-modernized cottage is situated on a gently undulating natural plot with trees and bushes, along with a partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a grill. From the upper part of the plot, there is a view over the Kattegat to the island Hjelm. A house primarily chosen for its fantastic location. Living room with a wood stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, and a stereo system with a CD player. Kitchen with a good workspace and an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower. The house's 6 sleeping places are distributed in 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the adjoining living room. Annex with a freezer and washing machine. There is internet access. Elsegårde Strand is a small cottage area along the coast with a beautiful beach meadow and bathing beach with both stones and a fine sandy bottom. An attractive area where many anglers also seek their luck and launch their boats. Wonderful views of Marsk Stig's Island, Hjelm, and good hiking opportunities along the beach. Ebeltoft can be reached in 10 minutes by car, where you can experience the city's special atmosphere, cobblestone streets, and lively commerce.
