The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with a 40-liter freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink. Additionally, the house has an open terrace with garden furniture. Heating is provided via electricity, and there is internet access.
