It is heated via an air-to-air heat pump, making energy consumption low and cost-effective. The house is situated about a 15-minute drive from Ebeltoft. In Ebeltoft, you can stroll through the charming cobbled streets with hollyhocks, cosy cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the heart of the town, you’ll find the historic Old Town Hall, which is well worth a visit. Down by the harbour, you’ll find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, renowned for its contemporary glass art. The harbour also offers small cafés, eateries, and boutique shops. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, are both about a 30-minute drive away.
