The surroundings of Egsmark are ideal for cycling and hiking in the hilly terrain and are rich in wildlife. Egsmark Beach is a child-friendly sandy beach. In Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, where people from near and far come to get married. Down by the harbour, you will find the popular Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbour also offers several good shops and restaurants, as well as the chance to buy freshly caught fish every day. For excitement, you can visit Ree Park Safari to get close to wild animals or explore the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, where you can experience large sharks up close.
