Welcome to this fantastic holiday home in Femmøller – perfect for both relaxation and fun activities. This house is ideal for creating unforgettable memories with the family. The beautiful surroundings invite both exciting experiences and pure relaxation.The house is built on split levels. At the top, you’ll find a bright, stylish living room with quality furnishings and a wood-burning stove. From here, you can access a large terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers. Also on this level are the four lovely bedrooms – two with double beds and two with single beds. The entrance area features a staircase leading down to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, which also offers access to another terrace. This is where you’ll find one of the home's two beautiful bathrooms. From the kitchen, a door leads to the large, well-furnished activity room. Here you'll find billiards, table football, darts, and various games – all free to use. Another staircase leads down to the utility room with washing machine and dryer. The second bathroom is spacious and luxurious, featuring a spa bath, double shower, and an big sauna. The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump. Outside, you'll find several terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen, along with a large lawn, part of which is allowed to grow wild – perfect for nature lovers. Please note: The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The area around Femmøller Strand is cozy and peaceful, close to a good, child-friendly beach. Several dining options and grocery stores can be found nearby. The hilly terrain is ideal for walking and cycling. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the charming town of Ebeltoft, home to many tourist attractions such as the Old Town Hall, where couples from near and far come to get married, the Glass Museum – a leading venue for contemporary glass art – and the historic frigate Jylland. At the harbor, you’ll find excellent dining options and fresh fish available daily. Ree Park is also just 15 minutes away and offers close encounters with wild animals. In about 30–35 minutes, you can reach both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the Nordics – Djurs Sommerland.
