From the open-plan kitchen and living area as well as the conservatory, you can enjoy beautiful views across the lake and the scenic hills of Handrup Bakker. The private backyard borders directly onto a fenced forest area, offering complete privacy and tranquility. The spacious 22 m² conservatory features large glass sections that can be fully opened, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor atmosphere. It is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining area. The house is part of the Østervang homeowners’ association, which offers private beach access with a pétanque court and bathing jetty located at the end of the road. From the spacious entrance hall, you enter the large living room and open kitchen with panoramic windows overlooking the lake and surrounding landscape. In 2026, a brand-new modern kitchen with premium high-end appliances was installed. The dining area comfortably seats 6–8 guests. The living room features comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. The home’s three bedrooms are divided into two separate sleeping areas, each with access to its own bathroom and shower, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night’s sleep. The bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of wardrobe space – two rooms with single beds (90 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and partial lake views. Additionally, there is a loft with a double bed accessed via a steep ladder. All duvets are energy-efficient, and the house features new wooden flooring throughout. Free WiFi is available. The area around Lyngsbæk Strand is peaceful and family-friendly, close to a lovely child-friendly beach. Several restaurants and grocery shopping options can be found nearby. The hilly landscape is perfect for hiking and cycling holidays. The charming town of Ebeltoft is only about a 10-minute drive away and offers many popular tourist attractions. Here you will find, among other things, the historic Old Town Hall, famous as a romantic wedding venue attracting visitors from near and far. The harbour area offers several excellent restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish daily. You will also find the renowned Glass Museum, known for modern glass art, and the impressive historic warship Fregatten Jylland. Ree Park Safari is only about 20 minutes away by car, where you can experience wild animals up close. Both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, can be reached within approximately 30 minutes by car.
