The house features a large and bright living room, cozily furnished with quality furniture, a heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. From the living room, there is access to a wonderful terrace with good garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen area with a spacious dining space that accommodates everyone. The sleeping accommodation is spread across three comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, all furnished with double beds. A staircase from the living room leads to the mezzanine loft, where the remaining six sleeping places are located. These are arranged in two separate sleeping areas, each with a bed that can be converted into a double bed, as well as two additional loose mattresses, best suited for children. Additionally, there is a play and relaxation room on the loft. The lovely bathroom has underfloor heating and access to the house’s sauna. There is also a guest toilet. A fantastic activity room with air hockey and table football provides entertainment. The delightful pool area also includes a spa bath. For the little holiday guests, a high chair and a baby cot are available. The house is set on a beautiful plot with a large lawn, ideal for outdoor play and relaxation. There are also great facilities for children, including a sandbox, a slide, and a football goal. This is a wonderful holiday home that fulfills all wishes for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination, close to both forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow waters and sandy shores, although some areas may have a mix of sand and stones. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km track in the area with different levels of difficulty. From the house, it takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Ebeltoft Harbour, home to the renowned Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbor also offers several excellent restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the Frigate Jylland is also highly recommended. In Ebeltoft’s cozy cobblestone streets, you will find many charming shops selling home accessories as well as small, inviting cafés. The town’s most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, is also located here, where couples from near and far come to get married. From the house, it takes less than an hour to drive to both the Kattegatcenter in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
