A lovely holiday home year-round. One sauna is located inside the house, while the other is placed in a separate building down by the lake. Don't miss a winter holiday here with ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or alpine skiing. After an active day you can relax in the sauna or the heated wilderness bathtub.
The house offers a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, fitness room and private sauna. On the large loft of 32 m² you will find a double bed and two single beds. There are curtains at the single beds, but no doors. From the loft there is a view over the lake.
The farm is called Solhag and is located between the lakes Grängen, Svinsjön and Mossbergssjön in the beautiful Värmland in Hagfors Municipality.
In the open living area there is a wood-fired stove/pizza oven, a complete kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. In the dining and living area there is a dining table, sofa, TV and games console.
Inside the house you have your own fitness room and sauna – perfect for both exercise and relaxation. The fitness room has access to a terrace with a view over the lake.
At the nearby lake Grängen you have access to a private lake plot with your own bathing jetty. Here you will also find the other sauna, right down by the water's edge.
**Extra equipment can be rented:**
* Fishing gear: 100 SEK per day / 400 SEK per week
* Canoe (max. 2 persons): 250 SEK per day / 1.000 SEK per week
* Bicycle: 60 SEK per day / 250 SEK per week
* Mountain bike: 120 SEK per day / 500 SEK per week
* Wilderness bathtub (max. 4 persons): 500 SEK base fee plus firewood according to consumption
* Rowing boat: 300 SEK per day / 1.200 SEK per week
**Motorboat with electric motor:**
* 150 SEK per commenced hour
* 650 SEK per day
* 1.500 SEK per week
**Motorboat with petrol engine:**
* 200 SEK per commenced hour (incl. fuel)
* 600 SEK per day (incl. one refill)
* 1.500 SEK per week (excl. fuel)
The area offers many exciting excursion opportunities, including Värmlands Elgpark (approx. 5 minutes' drive), the stave church in Ekshärad, Klarälven, Mårbacka and much more.
Dogs are welcome for a supplement of 350 SEK per dog (max. 2 dogs).
