Summer house, with space for the family (up to 6 people) on lovely Enø, where emphasis has been placed on light and sun on the outdoor terraces - where the evening sun and sunset are enjoyed before it disappears behind the forest, on the newly built terrace.

The house includes 3 bedrooms, with either twin beds or double bed and a beautiful kitchen living room with plenty of light.
In the spacious kitchen there is room for family cooking and it contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and conventional oven.
Heating source is heat pump and wood-burning stove. In the living room there is a sofa and armchairs as well as a coffee table - furthermore a Smart TV - wireless internet Wifi. There is certainly room to relax with a good book, a cosy family game and good cooking.

In addition there is a nice bathroom with new sanitary ware, towel rail, shower and shower curtain.

In connection with the large bedroom there is adjoining a utility room, where there is a toilet and sink as well as a washing/drying machine.

Outdoors there is access to a breakfast terrace and an evening terrace, as well as other sheltered spots around the house. On the breakfast terrace there is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.

The house is located in the second row to Enø Klint - where there are 350 metres in both directions to bathing jetties, from which you can swim. There is a playhouse for the smallest and several spots for sunbathing and relaxation. There is also the possibility to grill with a charcoal grill!

On the house's gable at the parking space on the road there is a CE socket for charging an electric car provided a "grandmother charger" with either 3 poles or 5 poles CE socket is connected! So no charging box yet!

There is a bridge between Karrebæksminde and Enø - the bridge is called Græshoppebroen.
A shuttle boat "Friheden" between Næstved and Enø - is a lovely trip to take through Susåkanalen.

There is a lovely beach and several restaurants as well as marinas, where there is plenty of activity and life throughout the season.
