The furnishings are inspired by classic seaside hotel atmosphere with bright rooms, consistent details and a focus on comfort. The house has internet and is heated with gas heating, which makes it pleasant year-round.

Here you live peacefully and undisturbed with a lovely view over open fields. In the evening the sun sets beautifully over the landscape, and there is neither noise nor traffic – only nature's own sounds.

There are plenty of books, playing cards and board games in the house, so there is plenty of opportunity for cosiness.

Despite the quiet location there is only a short drive to Marielyst and the beaches on Falster's east coast. In ten minutes you are at the sea, where there is room for both swimming, walks and ice cream in the sun.

The area offers many holiday experiences for both children and adults. Marielyst has a long, child-friendly sandy beach, restaurants, mini golf and life in the summer. In the nearby area there is opportunity for cycling, bird watching and visits to local farm shops. Gedser Odde – Denmark's southernmost point – is nearby and offers sea views and hiking trails.
