Welcome to a holiday home with soul and history, which has been in our family's ownership for almost 50 years. The house is filled with atmosphere and cherished memories – a place where generations have enjoyed holidays, nature and togetherness.

We use the house ourselves as a holiday home, and it has undergone continuous improvements over the years with respect for its original charm. Among other things, a good bathroom has been established, and in 2025 a modern air-to-water heat pump system was installed. The house has year-round status, is well insulated and has thermal windows, so it can be enjoyed in all seasons. As the house is of older date, the ceiling height is low and measures approximately 174 cm, which is worth being aware of.

Outside you will find lawn both in front of and behind the house with plenty of space for play, ball games and relaxation. The south-facing terrace along the garden is a lovely place to enjoy the sun and the view of the fjord, which can be glimpsed through the trees. The garden is filled with fruit trees and creates a cosy and private setting around the house.

The house is located in the small village of Risgårde, peacefully and undisturbed by neighbours. The area offers many beautiful walks along the fjord and a calm natural atmosphere.

It is 8 km to Farsø with shopping centre and good shopping opportunities. Trend with larger beach, mini golf and Vitskøl Monastery is approximately 5 km away. Stone Age Centre Ertebølle is approximately 6 km away, Rønbjerg Badeland 16 km and Kollerup Strand by the North Sea approximately 45 km.
