From the moment you step into our home you feel the peace and the fantastic view over the Kattegat, Hirsholmene, the beach. The morning sun wakes you with the promise of a new lovely lazy day. The path in front of the house has the only noteworthy traffic on the otherwise quiet dead-end road. People enjoy outdoor life and are often on their way to a good ice cream at Palmestranden a few hundred metres north of the house.

There are many terraces and cosy corners, so it is possible to follow the sun around the clock. Breakfast on the balcony on the first floor with the extraordinary view cannot be better.

The house is filled with art, books, LEGO, comics. The garden is not the largest park in Denmark, yet you will find both plums, pears, apples, blackcurrants, playhouse, football pitch with two good goals, bonfire site - and barbecue evenings on the terraces have been many over the years.

It is not far to many exciting experiences in the surrounding area. Frederikshavn has many good restaurants, museums, swimming pool and plenty of opportunities for walks in both hills, forest, on country roads, along peaceful beach meadows. Cycling trips around the hills can get anyone's heart racing.
And should that not be enough there is not far to the eagle reserve, Råbjerg Mile and the somewhat more well-known Skagen with its pulsating life.
