The heart of the house is a spacious open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and dining table. The kitchen has two of each appliance, making meal preparation easy for large groups. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa area with a TV and views of the pool. The house offers three separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, and additional sleeping space in the loft. The living room opens onto a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. For children, there\\'s a sandbox and a swing. Please note that the house is in a summer home area where noise should be minimized after 22:00 every day. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
