The back garden is laid out in grass and gives you plenty of opportunity to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet, or be active with games and ball sports. Around the house there are several different cosy corners, which are an ideal spot for relaxation with a good book, while the children play in the garden or enjoy the lovely and large Vildmarks hot tub. The terrace and garden are also fenced in, so small children and pets can move safely and freely around. The house offers the opportunity for many different activities and is an experience in itself. There are many hours of entertainment here for both children and adults. Activities include billiards, table football, outdoor darts, ladder golf and a swing set with slide in the garden. The holiday home is bright and inviting. The house is well and practically furnished with a combined kitchen/living room/lounge. There is underfloor heating in the lounge, kitchen, both bathrooms and hallway areas and is heated mainly by district heating. This means there is good opportunity to save on consumption. The house also offers a charging point for electric cars. The quality kitchen features, among other things, ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate convection oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator and separate chest freezer of at least 100 litres. The lounge has modern furniture, free high-speed internet (500/500) and Smart TV with Chromecast, where you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is also a bio fireplace, which will warm you on a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and wind. Bright bathroom with bathing facilities, toilet and shower. The holiday home is extremely well located with only about 150 metres to water, beach with bathing jetty and Fur's harbour environment with marina, ferry, shops and restaurants. If you don't have enough with the house's activities, you will find about 250 metres from the house a large green area with playground, picnic tables and benches, multi-court and mini golf etc. (Mini golf equipment is rented on site). It is permitted to bring 2 pets. THE PRICE INCLUDES FINAL CLEANING. The holiday home is located on the scenic island of Fur in the Limfjord. The ferry between Fur and Branden sails around the clock – as many as 72 times a day. The crossing takes approximately 4 minutes, and it is not necessary to book tickets in advance.
