The house, which previously functioned as a manager's residence, has been completely renovated in 2025 and now offers modern facilities with space for up to 13 guests distributed across six bedrooms and an additional through room.

The interior is bright and simple with a stylish green kitchen equipped with a cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator. The living room features two separate seating areas and a wood-burning stove, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a functional bathroom with shower.

The house is well suited for large families, groups of friends and multiple generations who want a spacious base with the opportunity for both shared activities and quieter moments. The many square metres make it easy to gather together, but also to retreat when the need arises.

The area offers several obvious excursion opportunities. Along the coast near Kerteminde and Nyborg are some of Fyn's most inviting sandy beaches, perfect for swimming and beach days. Both towns have charming harbours, restaurants and beautiful old streets.

A short drive away is Ullerslev with grocery shops, and only 17 km from the house is Odense with a large selection of culture, museum offerings and family experiences. Here you can experience H.C. Andersen's House, Odense Zoo, Brandts or take a relaxing sail on Odense Å.

With easy access to the motorway it is easy to explore the rest of Fyn. The combination of good space, beautiful natural surroundings and proximity to city life makes the home well suited for a holiday with both peace, activities and experiences.
