The house is located 5 km. from the motorway, with good connections towards Odense and Jutland. Furthermore, the summer house is situated approx. 10 km from Middelfart town centre, which offers several shopping opportunities, pedestrian street, restaurants and a lovely harbour promenade.

The house: entrance via small entrance/utility room with washing machine and chest freezer. From here to a small hallway, where there is access to a good bathroom with shower, as well as good storage space.
Bright well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, located in a partially open connection with both living room and dining/living/office area and cosy alcove fitted with sleeping space. The living room is furnished with large dining area, cosy sofa corner, wood-burning stove and heat pump. From the living room stairs to the 1st floor and the house's 3 bedrooms. A large bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe with storage space, as well as 2 rooms - one with double bed and the other with pull-out bed for 2 sleeping places.
An outdoor shower has been installed, so you can rinse off when you come from the beach.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with various board/family games, 2 charcoal grills, fire pit, some beach toys for small children and a football goal in the garden. Firewood can be purchased for the wood-burning stove and fire pit.
