Actually, your holiday home consists of two – almost three – separate buildings! The largest house is fully furnished and has two comfortable double beds with good mattresses. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other is on the first floor. In addition, there is an extra single bed in the workshop/garage, which can be moved into the house as needed. There is a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish and Swedish channels as well as satellite TV with German channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The main house has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The smaller house has a room with a bunk bed for two children as well as a pull-out bed for two people. There is also a daybed and a baby cot. The house also has its own kitchen with fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

In the workshop/garage you will find an exercise bike, training equipment and a yoga mat. There are also a couple of bicycles as well as toys for children.

You also have access to a sauna with a spectacular location and views over a small forest lake. By the sauna there is an outdoor shower.

The property offers a large terrace, several barbecue areas and a bonfire site.

The grounds are as large as 13.000 m² and consist of natural grounds with fruit trees as well as a small kitchen garden with vegetables and herbs.

The large house is 64 m², while the smaller house is 32 m². The workshop/garage is a further 60 m².

Swimming facilities are available at Södra Sjön, which is 1.4 or 1.7 km away. Another bathing spot is 2.3 km from the house. The lake Mien is approximately 15 km away, and the Baltic Sea at Karlshamn is around 35 km from the property.

The nearest restaurant is a pizzeria in Ryd, 4 km away. The grocery store ICA Nära is approximately 4.5 km from the house.
