Nice and modern holiday home of 118 m2 with space for relaxation and shared living. There are two bedrooms as well as a large living room with 2 extra beds with good mattresses.
In one of the bedrooms we have set up a children's bunk bed and there is also a baby bed available, 9 sleeping places, which makes the holiday home suitable for both families and friends.
However, it is not in the pictures yet.

Note: Only one of the two bathrooms is in use, the other has only a toilet.

Changing table, Golf putter, Bob game and lots of board games, sandbox and trampoline have also been purchased.
The garden is fenced so your dog can run freely.

From the house it is only 300 metres to the water. Here you can enjoy fresh dips, walks along the coast or relax on the beach at any time of year.
There is a sea kayak, a touring kayak and two sit-on kayaks available in the house.

The location provides easy access to experiences. Aarhus Centre is 25 km away, and Ebeltoft can be reached in 30 km. Both cities offer culture, restaurants and cosy streets with shopping and café life.
Djurs Sommerland and water & wellness in Randers are also an option approximately 25 minutes by car.

Approximately 10 km from the house lies Mols Bjerge National Park. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and nature experiences, where undulating landscape, forests and views of the sea create the setting for active days in the open air.

There are many holiday qualities in the local area. The beach invites swimming in summer, but also winter bathing for the brave. The coastline is ideal for fishing or kayaking. The landscape around offers small roads, cycling routes and markets in nearby villages. The combination of nature, culture and short distance to cities makes the place attractive all year round.
With us you should NOT bring dish cloths, cloths, dishwasher tablets, spices, flour, sugar, what are basic things and can be used freely.
