The house also includes an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 4, and darts. The living area has a wood-burning stove and a cosy sofa area for relaxation. The open-plan living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with two fridges, ovens, and dishwashers. An outdoor kitchen with a sink and gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. The large, partially covered terrace is perfect for barbecues and sunny afternoons. The outdoor area also includes a trampoline, sandbox, and swings for children. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
