You will come to stay close to the sea, with sea views, on southern Gotland, approximately 50 km south of Visby. The holiday home is on two floors and is equipped with new and modern furniture as well as a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a convection oven, induction hob and dishwasher, microwave etc. There is broadband via fiber and TV.
The open kitchen is connected to the living room, and here you will find the television.
The house has 5 bedrooms, which together have 14 sleeping places. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and 1 bedroom with 6 single beds.
To access the bathroom you must pass through one of the bedrooms. There are 3 extra toilets as well as a shower by the pool, which you can also use.
There is a lovely back garden with a 25 m2 terrace – completely separate from the other house on the property. Here you can enjoy the sun all day. The large property of 4.000 m2 is fenced and has plenty of space for activities - a perfect place for both playing children and dogs.
There is a laundry room, which is shared with another holiday home.
From the house there is a fantastic view and only a short walk to the sea and beach. You will love the peace on this Gotland farm, where in certain periods it is possible to rent another house if you are a larger group. The other house on the property has its own outdoor area, facing the other way, so you will not experience any particular noise from other guests, even if you only rent one of the houses.
Should you wish to rent the house in a period that is not immediately open for rental, you are welcome to send an enquiry.
On the property there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool, which is shared with the other house. The pool is open in the weeks the house is open for rental. June - Aug. In other weeks access to the pool should be checked by enquiry.

Bicycles and mopeds can be rented on site depending on demand.
Take a dip at Nisseviken, a really lovely sandy beach which is shallow and child-friendly.
The beach has a long pier with angled bridges, which children can jump from. Nisseviken is also known for having the warmest water on Gotland
