This beautiful holiday home of 130 m² is located in the midst of peaceful nature in Emmelev Kær, where the view stretches over open fields and valleys in all directions. Here you will find peace, privacy and plenty of space to completely disconnect from everyday life.
The house has 4 bedrooms and space for 4-7 people. The good beds with top mattresses as well as soft duvets and pillows create a good setting for relaxation after a day out in nature. The house has a large bathroom with sauna and one toilet.
The large living room has high ceilings and large windows that invite nature right inside. The very spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for shared cooking and cosy meals. Around the house there are several terraces, so you can always find shelter or sun.
Here you live literally in the midst of nature. The river runs at the end of the property, and the area is filled with wildlife such as cranes, roe deer, foxes, hares and a rich bird life with both small birds and birds of prey. It is a place where silence and the view are allowed to fill the space.
The area around the house offers many experiences. Grenaa is only about 10 km away with cosy cafés, cinema, swimming pool and the popular Kattegat Centre. Grenaa Strand is known for its white sand and shallow water, perfect for families. You can also visit Bønnerup Strand with fish sales and long sandy beaches or go to Gjerrild Nordstrand and the beech forest just a few kilometres from the house.
