The summer house has 4 bedrooms with sleeping places for 8 people and a baby cot for 1 child. The sleeping places are distributed as: 2 sleeping places in a double bed. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping places are located in an annex.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and a sit-down bathtub.

The summer house is 121 m² and was built in 1969, and renovated in 1995
The holiday home is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. There is a washing machine and the possibility to dry clothes outside and inside.

There is also a wood-burning stove.
For the little ones there is 1 high chair.

The summer house is located on a 4422 m² natural plot with 375 m to the sea. There is a 27 m² terrace with protection against westerly winds and space to eat outside in the summer months. Grill available.
There is a sandbox near the terrace and plenty of opportunity to explore nature for both young and old.
There is an electric car charging point installed and there is plenty of parking space on the plot.

The nearest shop is located at a distance of 1200 m, the ice cream shop is 400m away, the nearest towns are Løkken and Saltum and there is only 40 km to Aalborg
