The house is well-appointed, has a heat pump, wood-burning stove and free internet. Here is a cosy living room with TV with Danish and German channels. The well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave is in open connection with the living room and the lovely dining area. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with double beds. From one of these bedrooms there is a door directly out to the terrace. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with two sleeping places. There is a sofa bed with two sleeping places in the living room, and there is also a cot available. Lovely tiled bathroom with toilet and spa bath and washing machine. The grounds are surrounded by tall trees. There is a large, lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, and if the weather does not show its best side, there is a covered terrace with a bench, so you can still be outside and enjoy the beautiful view and the fresh air. There is parking on the grounds. Only 200 metres from the house there is a holiday centre with a restaurant, where you can eat if you do not want to cook yourselves, and a water park, if anyone in the party prefers a swimming pool to the fantastic "real" beach at the North Sea. On the nearby, wide sandy beach at Løkken, there are 485 small, whitewashed beach huts every year from May to October, looking out over the North Sea. They are known as Løkken's landmark. The huts have stood there since 1895 as a testament to past times' beach holidays. Løkken is still a very popular holiday/coastal town, offering restaurants, shops and plenty of summer life. There are also many exciting attractions for people of all ages in the area around Løkken. For example, Fårup Sommerland, Rubjerg Knude, Nordsøen Oceanarium, Børglum Kloster etc.
