Beautiful architect-designed family house with the most wonderful sea view located at the end of a quiet closed road.

The house is from 1962, and our parents bought it in 1969.
From 2016 to 2021 the house has undergone a comprehensive renovation with new roof, new bathroom, new kitchen, several rooms combined, new small windows as well as a beautiful large terrace and a lovely annex.

The house is a family home that we love incredibly much.

The house has a total of 6 sleeping places distributed over 3 bedrooms with respectively 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed (190 cm long). The renovated bathroom with shower is bright and inviting.

The kitchen is beautifully large and functional with among other things a mixer, blender, hand blender and Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules). In direct extension of the kitchen is a dining area and a cosy living room with a large comfortable sofa with space for the whole family, TV and fireplace. From here you can enjoy the most fantastic sea view - perfect place to unwind with a good book, board games and hours of cosy conversation.

There is Chromecast, Waoo TV box and internet in the house.

The house is heated with air-to-air heat pump, fireplace in the living room and loose electrical appliances, which can be made available by arrangement.

By arrangement, a children's weekend bed, high chair, baby bath and potty can also be made available at no extra charge.

Outside is a beautiful large wooden terrace with sun loungers and various garden furniture. Look forward to relaxing here, enjoying the warmth of the sun and not least the fantastic view of the sea.

The house also has a sun courtyard, paved with Bornholm island stone. Here you will find a lovely large dining area and 2 lovely sun loungers. From the wooden terrace in front of the house you step directly down into the garden with a large green lawn ready for fun and games.

There is direct access from the garden to the cliff path, which runs from Gudhjem Harbour to Melsted Campsite. On the other side of the path there is a lovely bathing spot, where you have to climb down, but once you are down there are flat rocks and a lovely diving cliff, with approximately 4 metres to the water surface. At the flat rocks you can wade, but it quickly becomes deep the further out you go.

There are also many other bathing spots in the area, such as Møllersbadekar on the coastal path towards the harbour, Melstedstrand, Melstedhavn, Gudhjem Harbour, Nørresanhavn etc.

NOTE: It is not permitted to hold parties in the house, and noise and loud music outside after 23.00 is not permitted.
