The house is located in beautiful Gudmindrup Lyng by Sejerø Bay in Odsherred, 600 metres from a fantastic beach and approximately one hour's drive from Copenhagen. Note: Pictures of the recently renovated bathroom are on the way.

The house is a "real" holiday home from the 1970s with plenty of charm and cosiness, but in good condition. A new attractive annex and a new large lovely terrace have been added. The plot is just under 1500 m2, south-facing with plenty of sun and good shelter from the wind.

There is rich birdlife on the plot.

The house is 600 m from the fantastically good beach Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and sand as far as the eye can see. There are lifeguards at the beach during school holidays. Great ice cream, burgers etc. can be bought at the beach café "Haveje" right by the beach. Plenty of beautiful nature in the area with rich birdlife and wildlife, exciting historical sights, e.g. Højby Church (world-class frescoes) and the finding place of the Sun Chariot. Good restaurants in the local area and Sommerland Sjælland for the whole family.

About the house and plot:
The house is a wooden house. It is well-appointed with a large L-shaped room, which has three sections, a reading corner, dining and TV room. The style is 1960s/1970s mixed with newer furniture, which harmonises together. There are atmospheric paintings and posters on the walls. The house has both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen is cosy and stylish (1970s). There is a new cooker and refrigerator, as well as plenty of crockery, good knives, dishes, pots, pans etc.
The bathroom has the original flooring and wall cladding from the 1970s, with a well-functioning new shower and new toilet. There is a shower curtain, so the entire bathroom does not get wet when bathing.

There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed (140 cm.) and one with 2 bunk beds.

The annex is located close to the main house and is connected by a large lovely wooden terrace. The annex has a pitched roof, is insulated and can be heated. There is a double bed (160 cm.)

The terrace is as much as 55 m2 and there is both sun and shade on it during the day according to your needs. There is also a paved area on the plot, positioned where the evening sun is and where there is a grill and dining table.

By the shed there is also a small seating area, where it is possible to sit outside under a half roof, if it should drizzle a bit.

The plot is well screened from neighbours and the garden is behind the house, away from the road, which is a blind gravel road, so there is no through traffic and driving is at low speed. There is no traffic noise in the background.

All in all the house and plot are very well arranged and utilised in relation to sun and wind.
