Welcome to 500 m² bright quality premises on one level, in peace and idyll with a view over the fjord and the impressive Hanklit cliff as a neighbour - part of UNESCO's World Heritage. This is what awaits you if you hold your next family holiday, milestone birthday, confirmation or perhaps wedding in Trolddalen on Nordmors. The house is also particularly well suited as a setting for retreats, courses and team building etc.

Min. 50 people in the dining room.
Min. 40 overnight guests (32 beds plus approx. 10 extra mattresses).
Sauna hut with a view of the fjord and sunset (approx. 10 people).
Charging box for electric cars (2 units). Bring your own type 2 charging cable (min. 7 metres).

Remember to bring your own sheets, bedding, tea towels, dish cloths, toilet paper, washing-up liquid/tablets etc.

Cleaning:
The property, inside and out, must be left in the same tidy and clean condition as upon arrival, as the price for final cleaning is conditional on this. If extraordinary cleaning is required, the tenant is liable for the costs.

Other terms:
"Wild parties" are not permitted in or around the property.
As a tenant you are liable for any damage caused to the property and furnishings, as well as for any missing furnishings.
The landlord is not responsible for any damage, whether personal or material, caused to the tenant during the rental period, regardless of the cause.

Weather:
As the property is located at the end of a field road, there are reservations regarding accessibility, particularly in the event of snowfall in the winter half-year, but also in the event of other extreme weather conditions. If it is not possible to reach the property on the arrival day due to weather, the full amount will be refunded.
