In the first row to the dunes lies this cosy wooden house and it has one of the area's best locations. The house can best be described as a real beach house in the same style as a beach hotel. The house has a unique location and has panoramic views from both the living room and bedroom to the dunes right by the North Sea. From the house there is a direct path to the North Sea, which is only about 100 metres from the house.

The house's interior.
2 buildings make up this unique beach house which is approximately 106 m2 in total. In the main house you are greeted by a combined dining room and open kitchen. In the kitchen there is everything in service and kitchenware, ceramic hob with 4 zones, built-in oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen you go through a small entrance hall into the house's living room. Through the large panoramic windows the unique view is immediately revealed. A fantastic sight which is not found in many places in the area. Here you can sit in the lovely sofa and enjoy the view or light the newly installed wood-burning stove. The house also has a large smart TV where there is the possibility of streaming TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream what you have a subscription to. The TV has no antenna access, but is connected via the Internet and can therefore only receive programmes that can be accessed via the Internet, but can therefore be placed in both the living room and bedroom as needed. From the living room there is access to a large, fantastic master bedroom (1 double bed). From here there is an equally captivating view as well as a lovely large double bed. It is a very special experience to wake up to the fantastic view. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed

In the Annex there are 2 additional bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed) as well as a small extra toilet with sink and its own small water heater.

The house's surroundings
This house is located on approximately 4,170 m2 of dune land in the first row to the North Sea. From the grounds there are paths directly over the dunes, directly to the North Sea. These surroundings are completely unique and are not found anywhere else in the area. The 2 houses provide plenty of opportunities for good sunny spots on the 3 terraces. When you arrive at the house the first terrace greets you. The terrace is surrounded by dunes which form a bowl. Here there is almost always shelter and sun. On the terrace there is a table bench set and there are sun loungers which can be moved around as needed. From the terrace there is access to a viewpoint with 1 romantic bench. Here there is a magnificent view over the North Sea and the high dunes. Also enjoy the house's 2 other terraces. From the entrance hall there is access to a fantastic west-facing terrace with garden furniture and a lovely gas grill. A better place to enjoy a meal simply cannot be found. Last but not least, from the living room there is access to the house's rear-facing terrace which is almost built into the dunes with an outdoor shower. When you arrive at the house the car is parked below the house and via the stairs through the natural avenue you go up to the house (It is forbidden to go via the dunes). Here you get today's exercise - but it is guaranteed to be worth the effort. The house itself is cosy and neat but it is the location which is unique and therefore no compromises have been made with the style of the house, which is not tip top modern but well chosen to suit the house's location. A true delight for the few lucky ones who get to rent this private and personal beach house.
